#62-G8 ~ Galatians 1:1 continued

Are we to follow the teachings of Christ in His earthly ministry? Are those teachings somewhat different from His heavenly teachings? Where do we read about the heavenly teachings of Christ? How does the apostle Paul’s teachings relate to this? We’ll study these and other things in this lesson. We’ll see that Paul’s authority and his message came directly from our Lord. He didn’t get it from the Twelve, they got his message from him. As we’ve seen, Galatians 2:2-7 clearly shows there were TWO gospels in motion at that point. When people jam these two messages together, falsely claiming they are the same, they add to the huge amount of confusion that’s already here. Only by sorting all this out can anyone ever reach spiritual maturity, let alone give out a clear gospel message (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to the unsaved. I hope you’ll find this message quite helpful.
