Our History
4Us/2Us Ministries began in the early spring of 2020 during the time when the Covid-19 Virus was spreading in America and around the world. With so many people being somewhat isolated, there was a need for more internet online ministry. Gary Googe was asked to put some Bible study messages on several social media outlets. What began as an attempt to fill a temporary need turned into an ongoing full-time ministry that continues to this day.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to lead people to the free and eternal salvation God offers through Jesus Christ. Furthermore, it is to provide the teaching people need by which to grow spiritually into a full understanding of the things God would have them to know and apply from the Bible, especially from the writings of the apostle Paul.
Our Name
4Us/2Us Ministries
You may wonder about the meaning and origin of such a name. It comes from the idea that although all Scripture is FOR us (4Us), not all Scripture is TO us (2Us). Unless one understands this principle, study of the Bible will always seem quite confusing and produce conclusions that are contradictory. In the Bible, separating what’s FOR us from what’s TO us is called rightly dividing the word of truth.
What to Expect
We offer non-denominational verse-by-verse teaching from the Bible. We also offer some topical teaching from the Bible on a variety of subjects. The objective is to answer questions about God and His word that are being asked.
