Furthermore, it is to provide the teaching people need by which to grow spiritually into a full understanding of the things God would have them to know and apply from the Bible, especially from the writings of the apostle Paul.

II Timothy 3:16-17
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

However, if we’re to understand the things that have been specifically addressed to us today, we must rightly divide the Scriptures.
